Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced ArcGIS specialist to drive technical demonstrations and guidance for Transport-sector clients across the UK. You will work with Account Managers to uncover customer challenges and showcase ArcGIS solutions, guiding opportunities from discovery to recommendations.

You will deliver engaging presentations, webinars and sector content while applying business analysis to tailor GIS recommendations, sharing best practices, and mentoring colleagues in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Must be based within United Kingdom.
• Experience applying GIS technology to deliver customer value.
• Ability to present technical solutions to diverse audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Explain technical concepts clearly and articulate business benefits of ArcGIS.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and demonstrations of ArcGIS software and data for Transport-sector customers and sales opportunities
• Work alongside Account Managers to understand customer challenges and demonstrate ArcGIS solutions
• Identify and progress sales opportunities through technical discovery, demonstrations and solution recommendations
• Deliver presentations, webinars and customer-facing content for marketing campaigns and industry events
• Apply business analysis techniques to understand customer requirements and recommend GIS solutions
• Develop and share ArcGIS best practices within the Transport sector
• Create and maintain sales enablement materials, demonstrations and sector-specific content
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical support and mentoring to colleagues and graduates
• Build relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders across the geospatial community
• Stay current with Transport industry trends, GIS developments and emerging technologies
