The Role

Experienced GIS Domain SME to lead and deliver end-to-end GIS solutions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in GIS application development using ESRI tools, strong technical expertise across diverse technology stacks, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to innovation and continuous learning.

Your responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Development:
• Architect and implement GIS-based solutions leveraging ESRI tools and spatial databases.
• Lead GIS deliveries from onsite, ensuring timely and quality execution of work packages.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support key initiatives such as performance analysis, technology expansion, and service enablement.
• Leverage cloud technologies (AWS/GCP) to modernize GIS platforms.
• Integrate GIS solutions with enterprise systems and third-party tools.
• Modernize existing GIS applications and workflows for enhanced user experience.
• Implement automation and advanced analytics using Python and Data visualization tool

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

Preferred Experience

• Experience delivering end‑to‑end web application implementations, covering requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing and deployment
• Successful delivery of GIS projects in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Cloud migration experience (AWS preferred).
