Job summary

Esri UK is seeking a Customer Success Consultant to join our Pre-Sales team, focusing on supporting customers across the Transport sector with GIS and ArcGIS expertise. You will work with prospective and existing customers, delivering demonstrations and guiding how geospatial technology can transform operations and decision‑making.

You will collaborate with Account Managers, create engaging presentations and content, and stay up to date with Transport industry trends.

Qualifications

Strong working knowledge of the ArcGIS Platform (ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro).
Experience applying GIS technology to solve business problems and deliver value for customers.
Confidence presenting technical solutions to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

Provide technical guidance and demonstrations of ArcGIS software and data to support customers and sales opportunities within the Transport sector.
Collaborate with Account Managers to understand customer challenges and demonstrate how ArcGIS can address their business needs.
Support the identification and progression of sales opportunities through technical discovery, demonstrations and recommendations.
