DHL Supply Chain in Harlow is seeking a Transport First Line Manager to oversee a busy transport operation, ensuring safety, compliance and efficient delivery while developing and supporting a high-performing team.

You will lead day-to-day operations, coach drivers, ensure Licence and transport regulations, monitor vehicle compliance, promote health and safety, analyze performance, and collaborate with colleagues and customers to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a transport, logistics or operational leadership role.
• Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate and engage teams.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and the confidence to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and transport or warehouse management systems.
• A strong commitment to safety, compliance and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsabilités
