Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Transport First Line Manager to lead our daily transport operations in Hampshire. You will oversee a focused team, ensure timely deliveries, and drive efficiency across the network.

The role requires day shifts with occasional Saturday AM shifts, a strong emphasis on safety, and the ability to coach and develop staff to achieve excellence.

• Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.

• Analyse & Improve: Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Your analytical skills will help us deliver excellence every day!

• Previous managed a small team within transport/logistics
• Have excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
