Hours: 40 hours per week, 10:00 - 18:00 or 12:00 - 20:00

What you'll be doing:

• Manage daily driver communication regarding schedules, weather, route updates, documentation, and PPE compliance
• Monitor driver and vehicle locations, conduct debriefs to optimize productivity
• Collaborate with HR and payroll for accurate compensation, support management with KPI reporting and audits
• Maintain transportation records for audits
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, exceeding expectations
• Oversee vehicle maintenance and safety standards, assist with audits
• Create a customer excellence culture, build trust with customers and suppliers
• Support drivers in route issues and safety protocols

What we're looking for:

• Experience in transportation coordination or logistics
• Experience in route planning
• Proficiency with Google Suite/Microsoft or similar
• Experience with Telematics
• Ability to work flexible hours (10:00 - 18:00 or 12:00 - 20:00)
