Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 dependent on experience and CPC

Role Type: Full-time

Hours: 40 hours per week

Role Responsibilities

• Follow and implement CSG Group H&S policies
• Plan efficient and cost-effective vehicle routing and scheduling
• Coordinate driver and operative resources
• Complete necessary paperwork for collections
• Ensure transport compliance, vehicle maintenance, and driver hours are maintained
• Coordinate with regional administration for smooth operations
• Provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with other managers to meet transport needs
• Ensure drivers' training is up to date
• Participate in on-call rota
• Manage drivers, including team meetings, holiday, and sickness management
• Produce financial reports for management

Person Specification

• Commitment to health and safety standards
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with computer systems
• Ability to work under pressure
• Experience in a transport office and waste sector
• Holder or willingness to obtain CPC qualification
• Full UK driving license
