Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of transport legislation and Operator Licence requirements.
• Experience managing large transport fleets in regulated environments.
• Proven leadership and ability to coach teams and drive performance.
• Experience conducting investigations / disciplinaries in line with HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Owns compliance across transport operations, ensuring regulatory, legal and company requirements are met.
• Oversees fleet maintenance, documentation and audit readiness in line with Operator Licence standards.
• Leads health & safety initiatives, incident investigations and promotes a safety-first culture.
• Collaborates with regulators, customers and airport authorities to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
