Are you looking to get in the world of Compliance? Perhaps you already work in Transport Compliance looking for that new challenge?

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Transport Compliance Administrator to join our team in Swindon, supporting our customer Iceland. You will be a key member of the Transport Office, being responsible with supporting the Transport Compliance Manager in ensuring the effective and accurate compliance and maintenance of the vehicles on a daily basis.

This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 08:00 till 16:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £30,000.00 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Driver briefing and debriefing in accordance with the compliance record
• Support accident management where applicable
• To ensure both colleagues and contractors are following and understanding the companies H&S Policy
• Day to day management of the Driver rota

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Self-managing with good attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and juggle priorities to meet requirements
• Previous role with high level of administrative duties with be desirable
