Job Description:

We're hiring Business Developers in the UK Healthcare Sector — no experience needed, full training provided.

We are looking for motivated individuals eager to gain experience in business development and recruitment, or with healthcare compliance experience.

This is a remote, commission-only role with uncapped earning potential. You will earn from every placement and every hour worked, with additional earnings when bringing in new clients, which can range from 3k to 5k per new client.

Responsibilities include:

• Making outbound and taking inbound calls to healthcare clients in the UK.
• Managing your own schedule and client base.
• Receiving commission from your placements and new clients.
• Working part-time (20 hours/week) or full-time (35+ hours/week); more hours mean higher earning potential.
• Full training and support provided, including an outlook email, PABX telephone line, and 1-2 weeks of training.

Ideal candidates:

• Confident on the phone, especially with UK clients.
• Experience in retail, telesales, or healthcare is an advantage.
• No formal qualifications required; a positive attitude, good phone skills, and motivation are essential.
• Retail experience and excellent communication skills are desirable.
