Job Description:

We're hiring Business Developers in the UK Healthcare Sector. No experience needed; full training provided.

We are looking for motivated individuals interested in gaining experience in new business development and recruitment, or those with compliance experience in healthcare.

This is a remote, commission-only role with uncapped earning potential. You will earn from each placement and each hour worked, with additional earnings when bringing in new clients, potentially earning between 3k to 5k just for that.

Responsibilities include:

  • Making outbound and taking inbound calls to healthcare clients in the UK.
  • Managing your own time and client portfolio.
  • Receiving commissions from your placements or new clients.
  • Working part-time (20 hours/week) or full-time (35+ hours/week); more hours mean more earning potential.
  • Full training and support provided, including an outlook email and PABX telephone line.

Ideal candidates:

  • Confident on the phone, especially with UK clients.
  • Experience in retail, telesales, or healthcare is advantageous.
  • No formal qualifications required; a good attitude, phone skills, and motivation are essential.
  • Retail and well-spoken individuals who can build rapport and provide good customer service.
