Working 4 on 4 off days, 0600-1800, our traffic function runs like a finely tuned engine, powered by a team of coordinators who each take the wheel on a key part of the operation.
We’ve divided our function into five core areas of focus:

Each role has its own challenges and rewards:
Keep things moving! You’ll help drivers spend as little time as possible at depots, improving productivity, customer engagement, and communication on-site.
Stay one step ahead. You’ll monitor deliveries, spot potential delays early, and update customers to keep everything running smoothly and on time.
Be the voice of the operation. You’ll handle incoming queries quickly and accurately, keeping information flowing between drivers, depots, and teams.
Plan for success. You’ll confirm all drivers and deliveries for the next day, ensuring clear communication, fewer last-minute changes, and stronger team alignment.
Set the day in motion. You’ll make sure every load leaves on time, with the right vehicle, paperwork, and instructions, helping us hit those key DOT and OTIF targets.
