Reed Boardall Group is looking for HGV Class 1 drivers to join our Biggleswade operation. We offer year-round work with a modern fleet, strong driver support, and a friendly, family-like culture. Typical earnings are around £50,000 annually based on a 60-hour week with overtime bonuses and weekend shifts.

Various benefits include a £100 overtime shift bonus and a competitive bonus structure. Shift patterns include 4 on 4 off (days or nights) and some Monday–Friday rotations, with pay rates

HGV Class 1 Drivers – Biggleswade, Symmetry park, SG18 8YY.

Shift Pattern:

4 on 4 off, 06.00 am start (Days)

4 on 4 off, 18.00 pm Start (Nights)

Some, Monday – Friday, Days and Nights

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay Rates:

Monday – Friday

• 05:00 – 19:00: £15.00 per hour
• 19:00 – 23:00: £15.65 per hour
• 23:00 – 05:00: £16.50 per hour

Weekend Rate (begins from 15.00 on Friday until Midnight on Sunday)

• 05:00-19:00: £16.05 per hour
• 19.00- 23.00: £16.70 per hour
• 23.00- 05.00: £17.55 per hour
