About the Role Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Transport Co-ordinator on behalf of a well-established logistics and distribution business based in the Droitwich area.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Transport Co-ordinator to join a busy transport operation on a temporary to permanent basis.

The successful candidate will become a key member of the transport team, helping to ensure deliveries, collections, drivers and vehicles are managed efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards.

Duties and Responsibilities As a Transport Co-ordinator, your responsibilities will include: Coordinating daily transport operations Planning driver routes and vehicle allocations Monitoring vehicle movements and delivery performance Liaising with drivers throughout their shifts Communicating with customers regarding deliveries and collections Responding to transport and operational queries Updating transport management systems accurately Managing and resolving operational issues Maintaining transport records and documentation Working closely with warehouse and operations teams Supporting the smooth running of the transport office Ensuring service levels and operational targets are achieved
