We're now looking for a Transport Administrator

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Supporting First Line Managers with accurate and timely daily brief & de-brief of drivers to the DHL standard
• Supporting the safe, legal and efficient execution of transport operations during a duty shift to network SLA's/KPI's
• Collate all feedback against plan in the daily operations log for use in plan/do/review calls
• Preparation & reconciliation of delivery paperwork
• Tachomaster admin & reporting

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Good communication skills
• Ability to analyse and interpret data
• Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Essential)
• Excellent customer service experience
• Previous experience working within a transport office - (Desirable)
