Job summary

Biffa Waste Services in Norwich is seeking a Traffic Dispatcher / Transport Administrator on a full-time contract. You will organise depot operations, allocate vehicles and route planning to deliver top-class service while upholding health and safety and O-licence compliance.

You will analyse depot data, manage driver availability, handle vehicle checks, and perform admin tasks such as payroll and tachograph records. A proactive, solutions-driven approach and strong Excel skills are essential.

Traffic Dispatcher / Transport Administrator

Full Time Contract

Monday to Friday 40 hours a week hours

TheTraffic Administratoris responsible for managing the day-to-day organisation of operations in the depot through the allocation and basic routing of vehicles. You will ensure best in class service delivery to customers, ensuring health & safety standards are maintained, and ensuring environmental and O licence compliance.
