DHL Supply Chain in Harlow is seeking a Transport Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. You will support frontline transport operations, manage documentation, and help keep deliveries running smoothly from 0600 to 2200.

We value accuracy, strong admin skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The role involves KPI reporting, customer contact, and close collaboration with drivers and warehouse colleagues.

• Must have Admin experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook.
• Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with frontline transport teams on daily brief and de-brief.
• Participate in regular 1-2-1s with nominated Transport FLMs.
• Ensure delivery documentation and electronic PODs are completed in real time.
• Contact customers about delivery issues; raise incident reports and actions.
• Produce accurate daily/weekly KPIs and distribute on time.
• Handle driver calls and liaise with the warehouse team.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• To engage with the font line transport teams on daily brief and de-brief
• To participate in regular 1-2-1's with their nominated Transport FLM's
• Ensure all delivery documentation and electronic POD's are completed accurately and in real time during a working shift
• Contact customers about delivery issues, raise incident reports and agree corrective actions
• Produce accurate daily and weekly KPI's ensuring they are distributed on time
• Dealing with call from drivers while liasing with the warehouse team
