Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Transport Administrator to support frontline transport operations from our hub in Harlow. The role involves coordinating with transport teams, handling delivery documentation and PODs, and communicating with customers to resolve delivery issues.

The successful candidate will maintain accurate KPI reports and liaise with drivers and the warehouse to ensure smooth daily operations. A strong admin background and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.

Qualifications

• Must have admin experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook.
• Able to communicate at all levels, internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with the front line transport teams on daily brief and de-brief
• Participating in regular 1-2-1's with their nominated Transport FLM's
• Ensuring all delivery documentation and electronic POD's are completed accurately and in real time during a working shift
• Contacting customers about delivery issues, raising incident reports and agreeing corrective actions
• Producing accurate daily and weekly KPI's ensuring they are distributed on time
• Dealing with calls from drivers while liaising with the warehouse team

Transport Administrator Pay Rate: £30,377.99 Grade: CA Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Shift patterns: 5 days out of 7, shift between Location: Harlow, CM20 2DW
