Job summary

Stobart (Part of the Culina Group) invites applications for a Transport Administrator to support the on-site transport team. The role involves driver check-in/out, dispatching, and essential documentation. It operates on a 4 on, 4 off night pattern (18:00–06:00) with a salary of £26,137 per annum.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently dispatching drivers and processing relevant paperwork.

• Maintain KPI records and input correct trailer numbers in systems.
• Monitor service board to ensure correct week numbers on trailers.
• Coordinate with drivers on gate procedures and site rules.
• Complete daily compliance tasks and update manning levels.

Job Description

As a Transport Administrator you will be working alongside the transport team responsible for providing on-site operational and administrative support. Responsibilities start with checking-in and checking-out registration of drivers, dispatching drivers and completing key documentation.

Salary:£26,137per annum

Working hours:Working on a shift pattern of4 on 4 off nights, 18:00-6:00

• Efficiently and accurately dispatching drivers with all relevant paperwork
• Completing customer and Stobart KPIs where required
• Making sure the correct trailer numbers are inputted into the internal tracking system
• Monitoring the service board to make sure the correct week number is on the correct trailer for depot trailers
• Liaising with drivers on the gate communication system to make them aware of site procedures before entering site, when required
• Completing all daily tasks for compliance purposes
• Ensure manning levels are updated & correct
• Downloading vehicle & driver digital tachographs as per requirement
• Transport System management
