Top Jobs Group are looking to appoint a full-time Customer Service Advisor for an exciting Logistics Company based in Dartford Crossing.

*** Temp to Perm ***

• £17.56 Per hour
• SALARY WHEN PERM - £26,442.
• TUESDAY TO FRIDAY - 1.30pm - 9.30pm
• SATURDAY - 11am - 7pm
• EXCELLENT COMPANY BENEFITS

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answering incoming calls, providing the first line of customer care and supporting delivery crews.
• Making outbound calls to customers.
• Maintaining an accurate filing system for all relevant documentation and reporting.
• Supporting and covering administration tasks for other departments when required.
• Ensuring the depot and office environment is maintained, ordering stationery, and keeping the office safe and hygienic.
• Performing other administrative tasks as needed.
• Working effectively as part of a small, fast-paced team.
• Having strong ICT skills and the ability to communicate with diverse groups of people.
• Experience in planning work for a fleet of vehicles is advantageous but not essential.
• Holding a valid driving license and access to a car for work purposes.
