Evri is seeking a Transport Administrator for the Transport and Warehouse team in Gloucester. The position is a 6 month fixed-term contract with a 45-hour week and dayshift (Monday to Friday).

Salary is £29,741.40 per year (£12.71 per hour). The role involves assisting with pre-brief/de-brief processes, driver documentation, and maintaining company records, while communicating with drivers and customers through IT systems.

Responsabilités

• Assist in Pre-Brief/De-Brief and complete driver documentation
• Complete and maintain company documentation
• Communicate with drivers and customers via IT systems
• Manage driver pre-brief and de-brief as required
• Update container portal counts and scanner controls
• Handle SP payments and daily/monthly reporting
• Maintain filing system including vetting and ID badge ordering
• Respond to customer queries via IT systems
• Adhere to health and safety policies and site rules
