Job summary

Health Innovation KSS is seeking a proactive Translation & Implementation Researcher to support translational research across primary care, population health, mental health, women’s health and digital innovation.

The role involves leading clinical stakeholder engagement, public involvement and co-producing resources to translate findings into practical, real-world solutions, with hybrid working across Kent, Surrey and Sussex.

Qualifications

• Experience in translational or implementation research projects.
• Ability to lead stakeholder engagement and co-production activities.
• Experience in grant writing and funding applications.
• Strong project management and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, delivery and reporting of translational research projects.
• Coordinate with researchers, clinicians, policy makers, industry and communities.
• Develop management plans, timelines and stakeholder liaison.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and public involvement activities.
• Support grant proposals and funding applications.
• Translate research findings into implementable tools and policies.
• Disseminate results via reports, briefings and publications.
