Job summary

Health Innovation KSS is seeking a Translation & Implementation Researcher for a hybrid role based at The Beehive, Crawley. The post will involve working across Kent, Surrey and Sussex with 0.8 FTE for 12 months, reporting to the Translational Research & Implementation Lead.

You will lead translational research projects, engage with clinical, academic and community partners, and contribute to grant writing, communications and dissemination activities.

Qualifications

• Educated to master’s level or equivalent in health/public health.
• Experience in health or social care research.
• Project and stakeholder management experience.
• Good understanding of UK health and social care landscape.
• Experience in cross-disciplinary research and dissemination.
• Ability to travel across Kent, Medway, Surrey and Sussex.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, delivery, and reporting of translational research projects across priority themes.
• Manage projects with plans, timelines, reporting, documentation and stakeholder liaison.
• Coordinate with researchers, clinicians, policy makers, companies and communities for delivery.
• Engage stakeholders and involve the public, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility.
• Support grant proposals and funding applications with partners.
