Job summary

North Tyneside Council is creating a brand-new Transitions Team to support young people moving to Adult Social Care. You will lead the Team Manager role, shaping culture, practice and outcomes for young people, carers and families across North Tyneside.

Qualifications

• Must be a Qualified Social Worker with HCPC registration.
• Experience leading social work teams and complex cases.
