Job summary

East Kent Colleges Group is seeking a Transition Manager to lead the Bridging Futures Transition and Attendance Programme, guiding design, delivery and evaluation to support vulnerable 16–19 learners at risk of disengagement. You will coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders, ensuring fidelity and scalable impact across EKC Group.

You will bring strong leadership, collaboration, and data-informed decision-making to drive improvement in learner outcomes and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, delivery and evaluation of the Bridging Futures Transition and Attendance Programme.
• Oversee cross-college delivery and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead a team of Transition Mentors and ensure programme fidelity.
• Work with evaluators to support pre-pilot development and scalability across EKC Group.
• Monitor progress and adapt strategies to improve learner outcomes.
