Job summary
Compass Associates are working in partnership on a search for an incoming Home Manager on behalf of a highly respected elderly care provider. This is a key leadership appointment within a well-invested nursing and residential service. The successful candidate will take full ownership of quality, compliance, workforce and commercial performance.
They will be supported by an experienced central support team. The provider wants someone to be a stable, long-term leader who embeds a positive culture
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (NMC PIN) preferred; experienced non-nurse managers will be considered.
- Proven Home Manager experience within a nursing setting.
- Strong grasp of CQC compliance, governance and inspection readiness.
- Commercially confident across occupancy and workforce planning.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

- Lead the home with responsibility for quality, compliance, workforce and commercial performance.
- Embed a positive culture and long-term stability with a loyal team.
- Use data to drive occupancy, admissions and relationships with residents, families and commissioners.
- Collaborate with central support to achieve service goals.
