Job summary

Care Concern Group invites an experienced Home Manager to lead Holme Lea Care Home in the UK. You will drive high standards of person-centred care, regulatory compliance, and commercial performance, guiding a team to sustain improvements and build an accountable culture.

You will lead through a period of change, embedding improvements, coaching colleagues, and delivering outstanding care experiences for residents and families across the home.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a care home and leading teams.
• Proven track record embedding improvement plans.
• Experience leading inspection processes.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, quality assurance and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Holme Lea Care Home, ensuring high standards of care and regulatory compliance.
• Embed sustainable improvements and cultivate a culture of accountability and person-centred care.
• Coach, support and develop staff to deliver consistently high standards.
• Drive occupancy management and performance, and maintain strong relationships with the regional team.
• Influence positive cultural change and continuous improvement across the home.
