Job summary

The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre NHS Foundation Trust is offering a 12-month Project Coordinator role within the Cheshire and Merseyside Diagnostic Programme. The role supports delivery across multiple networks and the Thrive productivity tool rollout in physiological sciences tests, collaborating with PMO and programme managers to ensure governance standards are met.

Ideal candidates will have a degree or equivalent experience, proven project administration skills, and strong IT proficiency in

Qualifications

Educated to degree level in relevant subject or equivalent experience.
Evidence of continued professional education or personal development,
Significant experience of providing comprehensive administration and project support functions in a project or programme.
Experience of administering and coordinating a wide range of activities. Experience of planning and organizing meetings including minute taking skills.
Broad range of IT skills and experience including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other similar systems.

Responsibilities

Support and coordinate project delivery across a range of projects.
Assist in implementation of the Thrive productivity tool across physiological sciences tests.
Work with PMO and project managers to ensure governance requirements are met.
