Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end test management across large-scale transformation programmes.
• Develop and implement test strategies, plans, governance and reporting.
• Manage testing risks, issues, dependencies and controls.
• Provide clear reporting and analysis to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business, technology, delivery and third-party stakeholders.
• Support and drive business process re-engineering (BPR).
• Contribute to digital and technology change programmes with testing aligned to outcomes.
• Work with BAs and functional teams to understand requirements.
• Ensure effective stakeholder and client communications.
• Identify opportunities to improve testing processes and governance.
• Apply business acumen and strategic thinking to testing challenges.
• Maintain high standards of written test documentation.
