Job summary

Berkmann Wine Cellars in London is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own a portfolio of business systems and transformation initiatives, working closely with the Board and senior leadership to turn strategy into tangible outcomes.

You will lead end-to-end projects, shape delivery methods, manage budgets, and drive change across the organisation to boost efficiency, capability and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration with senior leadership.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical deliverables and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects end-to-end, from initial idea and planning through to implementation, handover and review.
• Turn business priorities into clear, achievable plans with defined outcomes and milestones.
• Work closely with the Board, senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive successful delivery.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and external partners.
• Manage budgets, timelines, resources, risks and scope, resolving challenges and maintaining momentum.
• Lead workshops, gather requirements and facilitate effective decision-making.
• Support successful implementation through communication, testing, training and change management.
• Ensure projects deliver measurable improvements and tangible business benefits.
• Establish a consistent, practical approach to project delivery across the organisation.
