Job summary

Schroders, a global investment manager, offers a two‑year Business Transformation Solutions Graduate programme. You will rotate across BTS, gain hands‑on experience, and support significant projects across Public Markets, Private Assets, Wealth Management and more.

The role includes training and exposure to AI tools. Ideal candidates are graduates or soon-to-be graduates (2027), with strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills, and an interest in investment management.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across a range of colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Take an active role in a broad range of transformation projects across BTS.
• Support large, complex consulting projects and own defined deliverables over time.
• Contribute to analysis, research and problem‑solving activities informing insights.
• Help develop business cases, impact assessments, transformation roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Assist with workshops to shape strategic initiatives and engage stakeholders.
