Job summary

You will support significant projects across Public Markets, Private Assets, Wealth Management and group functions, collaborating with stakeholders to shape and mobilise high-impact initiatives that help Schroders Simplify, Scale and Deliver.

Responsibilities

• Support large transformation projects across Public Markets, Private Assets, Wealth Management and BTS initiatives.
• Assist with project plans, timelines and deliverables to ensure high-quality output.
• Contribute to analysis, research and problem-solving to inform insights and recommendations.
• Help develop business cases, impact assessments and transformation roadmaps.
• Support design of operating models and facilitate workshops with stakeholders.
