Job summary

Schroders in City of London is offering a two-year Graduate Trainee programme in Business Transformation Solutions. You will undertake structured rotations, support major initiatives across Public Markets, Private Assets, Wealth Management and group functions, and gain the IMC through introductory training.

The programme seeks graduates with an honours degree (or equivalent), strong Microsoft Office skills, and a curious, proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of document production software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• You should be due to graduate in 2027, or have recently graduated, with an honours degree (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Support large, complex consulting projects and take ownership of defined deliverables.
• Support transformation assignments across Public Markets, Private Assets, Wealth Management and wider group functions.
• Manage project plans, timelines and deliverables to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Contribute to analysis, research and problem-solving activities informing insights and recommendations.
• Develop business cases, impact assessments, transformation roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Assist with operating model design through research, analysis and supporting materials.
• Help senior leaders define strategy and direction for the business.
• Assist with workshops to shape strategic initiatives.
• Use AI tools to increase pace and quality of consulting output.
