Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in project management, program coordination, consulting, business operations, or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Familiarity with organization transformation, operating model changes, or GTM initiatives is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Project Execution Coordination: Support planning, execution, and monitoring of organization and GTM transformation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across sales, marketing, operations, product, finance, and enabling functions.
• Track progress against objectives and proactively escalate risks, issues, and dependencies.
