Job summary

Acorn by Synergie in Norwich is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a busy Change and Capital Programme on a 3-month temporary contract. You will lead projects from initiation through implementation, working with senior stakeholders to deliver service improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

Responsibilities include developing PID and project plans, maintaining RAID logs, and coordinating governance through project boards and workshops.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex projects within a large organisation.
• Strong governance and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex change, improvement and transformation projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain PIDs, project plans, milestones and reporting documentation.
• Monitor progress with regular RAG status reports.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, actions and decisions with RAID logs.
• Lead project boards, working groups and workshops.
• Analyse performance data to identify service improvements.
• Develop benefits realisation plans and monitor savings.
