Job summary

PRS for Music seeks a Project Manager to join our Transformation team in London. You will lead end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives, manage scope, timelines, costs, quality and benefits, and provide governance and risk management to secure successful outcomes.

You\'ll work in a cross-functional programme, coordinating resources, building strong relationships with business and technology teams, suppliers and sponsors, and ensuring stakeholders are engaged throughout delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex business and technology change projects.
• Strong planning, governance and dependency management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and delivery teams.
• Solid knowledge of project delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support business readiness and benefits realisation to ensure value is delivered.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives within a programme.
• Develop and maintain project plans, governance, risk and issue management.
• Coordinate resources and delivery activities across teams and vendors.
