Job summary

Insights is seeking a Project Manager to deliver transformational change projects within Programme Delivery. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery to quality standards and align outcomes to strategic objectives.

You’ll shape project direction, establish governance, manage risks and dependencies, and drive adoption of change across the organisation. Strong brand project experience and cross-functional leadership are essential to this role.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering transformational projects.
• Brand project experience, including rebrand/refresh/repositioning, is highly desirable.
• Ability to lead governance, manage risks and dependencies, and drive adoption of change.

As Project Manager, you'll be accountable for the successful delivery of transformational change projects within our Programme Delivery team. You'll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards, while aligning outcomes to our strategic objectives.You'll help shape project direction, establish effective governance, manage risk and dependencies, and ensure change is adopted successfully and sustainably across the organisation.Brand project experience is particularly important for this role. We're looking for someone who has successfully led a company rebrand, brand refresh or brand repositioning programme, balancing multiple workstreams and supporting adoption across the business.
