Job summary

Thames Water in Reading is seeking a Senior Transformation Manager to drive major change across Asset, Capital Delivery and Operational functions. You will lead transformation programmes tied to the Transformation Plan and AMP8, shaping operating model design, process improvements and organisational change, working with engineering and capital delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex business transformation programs.
• Experience leading operating model design and process improvement.
• Track record influencing senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage matrix and virtual teams.
• Willingness to travel across sites and work in a large utility environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and embed transformation programmes across Thames Water’s engineering, capital delivery and operational objectives.
• Deliver AMP8 capital investment objectives and manage programme risks.
• Collaborate with Asset Planning, Capital Delivery, Commercial and Procurement teams.
• Design operating models and ways of working to improve performance and service.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Drive benefits delivery and ensure alignment with business cases.
