Job summary

Credera in the United Kingdom is seeking a Managing Consultant to shape and develop our Programme Leadership capability and work with clients on transformational delivery. You will lead or be intrinsic to client teams, drive change communications, and support bid activities to extend our reach.

The role operates in a flexible hybrid model with 3 days per week onsite at client sites or local Credera offices (London, Leeds, Manchester or Newcastle).

Qualifications

• Experience in leading client communications across technology delivery programmes, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely messaging.
• Develop and deliver structured communication plans aligned to key phases — including migration, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
• Uses Business Change methodology to help users through the transformation, maximising engagement and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Experience in leading client communications and engagement across technology delivery programmes, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely messaging.
• Develop and deliver structured communication plans aligned to key phases — including migration, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
• Uses Business Change methodology to help users through the transformation, maximising engagement and adoption
• Coordinate communication activities across delivery teams (technology, change, business) to ensure integrated messaging.
• Produce key communication artefacts, including stakeholder plans, user journeys, and hypercare updates.
• Act as a trusted advisor on best practice communications during high-risk delivery phases such as go-live and stabilisation.
• Ability to translate complex technical activities into clear, audience-appropriate messaging.
• Identify and mitigate communication risks, particularly during migration and cutover, to maintain stakeholder confidence.
• Support user engagement during testing phases (e.g. UAT readiness, participation, feedback).
• Drive continuous improvement through feedback and lessons learned.
• You will be required to pass BPSS screening for this role.
