Job summary

DWF Law LLP is seeking a proactive Business Analyst to join our Transformation Portfolio. You will collaborate with Project Managers, Analysts and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and translate business needs into practical, value-adding solutions.

Reporting to the Transformation Manager, you will map current processes, gather requirements and support the design and implementation of change initiatives aligned with our strategic objectives, across technology and process

Qualifications

Proven experience gathering, documenting and managing business requirements.
Strong knowledge of business analysis techniques, including SWOT, MoSCoW and root cause analysis.
Experience mapping and analysing business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
Ability to interpret and analyse data to identify trends, insights and recommendations.
Understanding of delivery methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience facilitating workshops and collaborative discussions.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Transformation Manager, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges, gather requirements and translate business needs into effective solutions.
You’ll analyse existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement and support the design and implementation of change initiatives that align with DWF’s strategic objectives.
