Role: Transformation Manager

Location: Sheffield, UK (Hybrid – 2 days per week in office)

Type:Full-time / Contract (Subcon) - 12 Months

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Transformation Managerto lead strategic infrastructure transformation within EnterpriseInfrastructure. The focus will be on infrastructurestandardisation—remediating non-standard implementations,strengthening governance, and ensuring robust support models are inplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure transformationprogrammes
• Develop business cases in collaboration withplatform leads and architects
• Create and manage detailedproject plans, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and budgets
• Engage with vendors to secure external resources wherenecessary
• Facilitate collaboration between technical andnon-technical teams
• Represent programmes and projects atsteering committees and senior forums
• Define and agree onplans to transition projects into BAU (business-as-usual) operations

• Proven track record of delivering large-scale technologytransformation initiatives
• Strong blend of technicalknowledge and programme management expertise
• Solidunderstanding of infrastructure and its integration withapplications/services
