Job summary

Ss&C Technologies Holdings is seeking a Senior leader to drive Wealth Operations and Transformation across our platform operations for high net worth clients. You will lead cross-functional teams, shape the operating model, and deliver large-scale automation and data-driven improvements.

You will partner with Technology and Commercial teams, ensuring regulatory compliance and robust risk management while driving client outcomes and scalable growth in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in Wealth Management or related areas.
• Proven track record leading complex operational environments.
• Experience delivering large transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of FCA regulated businesses and outsourced operating models.
• Executive stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end outsourced platform service delivery across wealth operations.
• Provide executive leadership across Wealth Operations functions.
• Define and execute Wealth Operations strategy and operating model.
• Lead transformation programmes delivering automation, AI adoption and workflow digitisation.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, risk management and operational resilience.
• Partner with Technology, Product and Commercial teams to shape future platform capabilities.
