Job summary

McKinsey is seeking a transformation leader to shape and deliver complex programs across clients in London with hybrid flexibility. You will own workstreams end-to-end, from design to measurable impact, translating strategy into concrete initiatives and KPIs, while coaching leaders across client organizations.

You’ll join Orphoz, McKinsey’s practice focused on transformation execution and value creation, collaborating with strategists and digital experts to drive EBITDA and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, engineering, or similar with a strong academic record.
• 4+ years delivering complex transformation or performance improvement programs with measurable impact.
• Proven ability to lead workstreams or project modules independently, from planning through execution.
• Strong influencing skills with senior stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to turn analysis into action.

Responsibilities

• Shape transformation and operationalize Transformation Offices, defining governance and performance cadence.
• Lead workstreams end-to-end from design to measurable impact and accountability.
• Translate strategy into execution with concrete initiatives, milestones, and KPIs.
• Collaborate across McKinsey with strategists, functional, and digital experts to deliver outcomes.
