• c.3 years consulting experience within an established management consulting firm.
• A track record of contributing to the delivery of projects, or workstreams within larger programmes.
• A desire to gain diverse consulting experience across sectors and capabilities.
• Well-developed stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Use consulting experience to advise clients and their teams to design and deliver lasting transformation programmes.
• Further develop capabilities on-the-job and through support and coaching from the team.
• Have increased autonomy and responsibility on client engagements.
• Align themselves to internal communities of interest and make a personal impact as the business grows.
