Qualifikationen

• Around 10 years of experience in management consulting environments with a proven track record of leading complex transformation engagements.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary consulting teams and taking ownership for high‑quality delivery.
• The credibility and judgement to build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Experience contributing to account growth and business development, whether through expanding existing client relationships, shaping opportunities, leading proposals or supporting the conversion of new work.

• Lead significant transformation programmes and workstreams, taking accountability for delivery quality and client outcomes.
• Bring structure and clarity to complex client challenges, translating strategy into practical execution.
• Lead and develop teams of consultants, creating an environment where people can perform at their best.
• Build trusted senior client relationships and identify, shape and support new consulting opportunities.
• Contribute to account growth, proposals and business development activity, progressing toward Client Director.
