Role Summary
As the Transformation Communications Manager, you will support the Transformation Communications and Change Lead with planning and execution of Transformation communications. This is a challenging role that will involve day-to-day liaison with KDN Leaders. All outputs and outcomes must be to the highest standard and the successful candidate will need to display exceptional communication and influencing skills, as well as a keen sense of business acumen and professional judgment. Partnering with KDN team members to identify creative and effective ways to communicate with various KPMG audiences. This role involves the creation and delivery of communication plans, stakeholder maps, and a seamless integration with project teams and change management. In your role, you will help shape communications to drive change adoption and efficiency, minimize disruptions, and optimize outcomes during the transition period. You will provide SME guidance to project managers and teams while managing stakeholder relationships and change throughout the transition.
