You will design and deliver the communications approach from planning to go-live and post-launch support, collaborating with Leadership, Product, Technology, Operations, Change and Training teams.

Qualifications

• Led communications for a complex transformation or platform migration.
• Able to translate technical detail into clear, practical messages for non-technical audiences.
• Experience in banking or regulated financial services is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver a communications plan aligned to programme milestones and launch readiness.
• Create a clear programme narrative and recognisable identity, with consistent templates and messaging.
• Produce leadership briefings, colleague updates, presentations, town halls and FAQs.
