Job Role: Transformation Change Senior Manager

Location: London, Manchester, Edinburgh

About our team:

Our Change Consulting Services is a cross-industry capability focused on delivering market-leading business change, communication, and engagement solutions. As part of the UKI Talent and Organisation practice, we combine consulting with programme leadership, change management, and leadership expertise to help clients enhance colleague experience and drive digital-enabled business transformations.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead enterprise transformational change projects supported by technologies such as SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors, Workday, and Salesforce, developing Change Management solutions.
  • Manage key lifecycle elements including vision, leadership engagement, change planning, culture and behavior change, communication, storytelling, data science, and change measurement, along with supporting operating models and technology enablers.
  • Contribute to the growth of our Change consulting practice through innovation, thought leadership, and market presence.
  • Create market-relevant Change Management insights, blogs, and offerings to enhance Accenture’s market position.
  • Ensure delivery excellence and consistency for our clients.

Required skills and experience:

  • Proven track record managing enterprise change programs, ideally supported by SAP S/4, Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors, or Salesforce.
  • Experience in Change Management planning, impact assessment, and intervention planning.
  • Ability to create transformation visions, align leadership, and craft compelling storytelling.
  • Expertise in communication strategies, digital and AI-enabled engagement tools.
  • Experience in Learning Needs Analysis, strategy, and content development.
  • Understanding of end-to-end technology implementation lifecycle.
  • Passion for innovation and technology trends, leveraging data to support organizational and employee objectives.
  • Strong consulting, facilitation, and data analysis skills to influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
