Job summary

Bupa in Brighton & Hove is seeking a Project Manager – Change & IT to deliver transformation and change initiatives across technology, regulatory, operational and partnership workstreams. Hybrid working in a full-time role involves managing scope, plans, budgets, risks and reporting with senior stakeholders and suppliers.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, drive business readiness, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to ensure on-time delivery and benefits realisation.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex multi-workstream projects.
• Knowledge of PM methodologies and tools.
• Experience in regulatory environments.
• Experience managing concurrent technical and non-technical items.
• Proficiency in risk, resource and cost management.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technology.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiating and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation and change projects across technology, regulatory, operational and partnership workstreams.
• Manage project scope, plans, budgets, forecasts, risks, issues and dependencies to support successful outcomes.
• Drive business readiness activities so stakeholders are prepared for change adoption and benefits realisation.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders, sponsors and delivery teams across business and technology functions.
• Produce project reporting, governance updates and financial forecasts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure projects comply with business standards, governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Support programme-level planning and contribute to wider portfolio reporting and governance activities.
