Job summary

Sanderson Government & Defence in Central London seeks an experienced Business Change Manager to lead change delivery on a priority Central Government programme and ensure high standards of change activity across policy and delivery areas.

You will embed new ways of working, manage stakeholder engagement, and plan benefits realisation in collaboration with Delivery Leads, a Benefits Manager and project team within a security-cleared environment.

Qualifications

• Active Security Check (SC) clearance, or eligibility to obtain SC clearance.
• Experience leading large or complex change programmes.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a continually changing environment.
• Experience resourcing teams to achieve high performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead business change delivery on a priority Central Government programme.
• Provide visible, effective leadership of change activity and ensure high standards.
• Lead communications and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Plan benefits realisation with Project Manager and stakeholders.
